Your home University has nominated you for your student exchange period at Kyambogo University and now you need to apply. Or, are interested in pursue one or part of Kyambogo University Undergraduate or post graduate programme.
All nominees need to send the following on email address international@kyu.ac.ug or moreenwinfred@gmail.com.in order to secure the admission. All documents must be addressed to; The Academic Registrar, KYU
- Fully filled-in application form(download) add link
- The nomination letter and learning Agreement, if on exchange (signed by the student and Home Institution).
- Curriculum Vitae ( English)
- Copy of the ID card (both sides) / Passport (first page with the photo and personal data)
- Passport photo
Note: Please bear in mind that all the documents must be in English and the online application through our email is mandatory, any nominee who does not apply online will not secure an admission.
